拔印浆的组成成份和配制

拔印浆用于纯棉活性染料，直接染料，涤纶分散染料及蛋白质纤维染料的新型拔白浆，它适合用于布匹，衣片或成衣印花等。

一：组份：印花浆A，拔******B

二：特点：
    1、工活灵活，生产简便
    2、拔白效果好，直接使染料消色
    3、质量稳定

三：参考工艺

配方：拔白   A:B=93：7或94：6
        彩拔   A:B-93：7或94：6搅拌均匀后加入适量的涂料

方法：1、布匹��衣片、成衣——印花、压烫140度10-20秒
      2、布匹、衣片、成衣——烘焙150-155度120-180秒

友情提示：
1、布匹、衣片、成衣印好后应尽快趁湿烘焙或压烫。当加入拔白助剂时，该浆只耐8小时，如欲使用，请事先确认，为谨慎起见，请先实验确定底色的可拔性。

2、如果A不能充分拔白，请适当加入5%的167341白色涂料，使用前，请充分搅拌，尤其是将底部的有效成份搅拌分散均匀到浆料中。

3、过压烫机或烘焙时最好是在七八成干的时候，效果最好。
